Nederlandse les: iedere maandag (10-11:30 uur, dinsdag (19:30-21 uur, woensdag (10-11:30 uur) en vrijdag (10-11:30 uur). Deelname is gratis. Aanmelden vooraf is noodzakelijk.
Verse eieren van de kippen van Mariaberg (verschillende maten). Van de opbrengst wordt nieuw voer gekocht. Informeer naar de actuele prijzen.
Maandag van 19 tot 20 uur bodytraining. Bewegen op muziek. Deelname gratis. Aanmelden niet nodig.
Dinsdag 09-11 uur: naaien met Mounia. Kosten 1 euro per keer. Neem je eigen stof mee!
Dinsdag tot en met donderdag + zaterdag om 11:30-12:30 uur uitgifte overtollig brood en soms gebak. op=op. Tijdelijk niet op maandag en vrijdag.
Dinsdag en donderdag 9-12:00 uur + woensdag 13-16 uur: open huiskamer De Inleup.
Dinsdag 10 tot 12 uur gratis tweedehands kleding uitzoeken.
Dinsdag en donderdag 9-12 uur Wijkservicepunt voor al uw vragen.
Woensdag van 10 tot 11 uur bewegen op de stoel olv Jef Esten. Deelname is gratis. Geen gymkleding nodig. Nadien vrijblijvend koffie of thee.
Woensdag 14 tot 16 uur activiteiten van Jeugdwerk Mariaberg (4-9 jaar).
Woensdag + donderdag: naailes/patroontekenen 10-13 uur. Woensdag in de activiteitenruimte. Op donderdag in de grote zaal. Deelname met les is gratis. Neem je eigen stof mee.
Elke donderdagavond van 19 tot 21 uur meditatie-avond bij Buurtcentrum Mariaberg. Kosten: gratis. Vrijwillige bijdrage wordt gewaardeerd. Aamelden niet nodig.

Dutch class: every Monday (10:00–11:30 a.m.), Tuesday (7:30–9:00 p.m.), Wednesday (10:00–11:30 a.m.), and Friday (10:00–11:30 a.m.). Participation is free. Advance registration is required.
Fresh eggs from the chickens of Mariaberg (various sizes). The profits will be used to buy new feed. Please inquire about current prices.
Teusday through Thursday + Saturday: surplus bread distribution from 11:30-12:30 a.m. Temporarily not on Mondays and Fridays. Please note that supplies are limited.
Tuesdays, 9–11 a.m.: Sewing with Mounia. Cost: 1 euro per session. Bring your own fabric!
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9 a.m.–12:00 p.m., and Wednesdays, 1:00–4:00 p.m.: walk-in community living room 'De Inleup'.

Wednesday from 10 to 11 a.m. Chari Excercises under the guidance of Jef Esten. Entrance is free. No gym clothes needed. Coffee or tea afterwards.
Wednesday and Thursday: sewing class/pattern drafting, 10 a.m.–1 p.m. Wednesdays in the activity room. Thursdays in the main hall. Participation in the class is free. Please bring your own fabric.
Every Thursday evening from 7 to 9 p.m., there is a meditation session at the Mariaberg Community Center. Cost: free. Donations are appreciated. No registration required.
